Xige Estate
Founded in 2017, Xige Estate has gradually grown into a boutique winery with a leading scale and sales in China in just five or six years. Located in the core production area of Pigeon Mountain at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, the manor boasts a vineyard of over 2,000 hectares with an annual design capacity of 10 million bottles. Xige adopts the "3126" fermentation principle, which means "3 months of fermentation, over 12 months of aging in oak barrels, and over 6 months of bottle aging". This follows the high-end brewing concept of world-renowned wineries. In 2019, Xige became China's first winery to pass the world's highest standard, the "BRCGS International Quality Certification". Currently, Xige Estate's products have been exported to countries and regions such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, as well as Hong Kong and Macao in China.
